Alpinestars is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your gear, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
